Sarah Scott

Project Manager/Director of Marketing

Sarah in a recent graduate of the McWhorter School of Building Science at Auburn University. She has experience working on commercial, residential, design build, and healthcare projects. She is OSHA 30 & CPR certified. She enjoys volunteering and participating in the St. Jude Marathon Weekend.

Jen Yarnall

Office Manager

Jen is an office management professional who holds a bachelor's degree in business management and has 10 years of management experience in the retail and banking sectors. She oversees the daily operations of the office to include accounts payable, receivable, and HR.  She has been a stay-at-home mom to 2 kids for the last 10 years and decided to take on the challenge of working in a new industry and be a part of a growing new business.

Greg Reasons

Superintendent/Project Manager

Greg has worked for 43 years within the electrical construction industry starting as an apprentice and now is a superintendent. He has worked most of his career in the industrial and commercial sectors. He has been a JATC Apprentice/JW Instructor for the past 14 years and is a 2nd generation union electrician.

Andrew McCown

Superintendent

Andy has 26 years of experience in the electrical construction industry with project types varying from light industrial, commercial, fire alarm, etc. He has completed Advanced Foreman Training, IEC School, and is CPR certified. He also honorably served our county in the United States Marine Corps.

Eddie Prigmore

Superintendent

Eddie has a combined 36 years of experience working in various projects ranging from chemical/nuclear plants, industrial, commercial, etc. He is OSHA 10 and CPR certified.

O’Shea James

Project Manager/Estimator

O’Shea holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has over 17 years of experience within a wide range of project sectors. Some sectors include wastewater treatment facilities, Water Pumping Stations, Industrial/Commercial, Plant Maintenance, Power Quality Analysis, and many more. He is also OSHA 30 Certified, holds a Level II Infrared Thermography Certification and is Advanced Estimator Certified and TVA Solar Certified.

John Morton

Project Manager/Estimator

John has worked in a multitude of project sectors for over 18 years including healthcare, research facilities, HVAC controls, design build, process controls, etc. He is OSHA 30 and CPR certified.

Cindy Maxwell

Human Resources Manager

Cindy brings over 24 years of experience in human resources, payroll management, and accounting, including 8 years within the commercial electrical industry. She is also Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, with specialized skills in process mapping and project optimization.

Jamie Johnson

Director of Operations

Jamie holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing over 15 years of experience in product and project management. In recent years, she has transitioned into an operations role, where she has expanded her expertise across IT, operations, and business management. When she is not working, she spends most of her free time cheering on her kids at sporting events and reading!

Brad Westmoreland

Purchasing/Warehouse Manager

Brad brings 8 years of hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, fleet and tool management, as well as material and equipment procurement. His background reflects a strong understanding of logistics and operational efficiency, making him a valuable asset in managing resources and supporting field operations. Outside of work, Brad enjoys hunting, fishing, BBQ cooking, and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
